The Custer County Conservation District is a subdivision of state government led by a locally elected board of supervisors. The District works to support voluntary, collaborative conservation by providing guidance, education, and resources to producers, youth, partners, and the broader community. Monthly board meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month, and the public is encouraged to attend and stay engaged in local conservation efforts.
